- The pilot
- Two officers for 90 days with the platform fee waived, $198 a month. On day 91 the platform fee starts and the bill is $297. Cancel before then and nothing more is charged.
- What a seat is
- An officer account that is not deactivated during the billing month. Deactivate an account before a billing date and it is not billed for the month that starts on that date.
- What the bill covers
- Tool pages under your name, email, drafts, standing approvals, the Ledger and the evidence export.
- The one thing outside it
- Texting is off. If it is offered later, it will run on your own Twilio account, billed by Twilio at cost, with nothing added by Lomatico.
- Cancelling and refunds
- Month to month, billed in advance. Your billing month starts on the day you start, not on the first of the month. Cancel any time and the plan ends with the billing month you cancel in. Nothing is refunded for part of a month. We give 30 days’ notice before any price changes.
